Reservation Policy
A deposit is required to confirm your table reservation. By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of making your payment, you may request a refund of the deposit amount. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled one time only, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the original reservation date.
Reservation Changes
Changes to the selected table, guest count, or any other reservation details are not eligible for a full or partial refund of the deposit.
Club Cancellation
If The Theater Urban District Club needs to cancel your reservation, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit (excluding processing fees).
All reservations are final.

Section Capacity
Each section has a maximum guest capacity. When selecting your table number, please review the allowed capacity to ensure the best comfort and experience for your group.
If your party exceeds the capacity of a single section, you may reserve as many tables as needed, subject to availability.
